Author Spotlight: Andrew L. Hodges

Andrew L. Hodges was born in Ipswitch, England, but spent most of his life growing up in Virginia.  He has worked as a paint contractor, a nursing assistant, a biology teacher, and a laboratory technician, all experiences he draws on for his writing.  He currently lives in Appalachia with his wife.

Andrew has written horror since he was a kid. His father introduced him to to old black and white monster movies, Dracula with Bela Legosi being his first horror film that he distinctly remember watching, and it was love at first sight.  Andrew started devouring the works of Poe, Lovecraft, and John Bellairs with gusto.
