Kim was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She's a surgery tech, a nurse, a lover of all things animal & horror and just marches to the beat of her own drum.
Inspired at a very young age by the works of Stephen King and Edgar Allen Poe, Kim aspired to be a writer and was acutely aware that what she wanted to write was horror. When she read Stephen King’s “The Stand” at 16? There was no going back. Kim can be found under Thick_Mick_Chick as well as Kim Sandlin and has had numerous submissions, both fictional and non, read by several Creepypasta narrators.
